Sean Landers' Remissionem Peccatorum (1994) and Artist and Model #2 (2001) are on view at the DESTE Foundation for Contemporary Art in Athens through 26 November 2026.

Presented as part of Gen X: Tales from the Forgotten Generation, the exhibition brings together works from the Dakis Joannou Collection by artists born between 1960 and 1980. Curated by Massimiliano Gioni, with Calvin Wang and Taeyi Kim, it revisits a generation shaped by the transition from analogue to digital culture, exploring themes of media, identity, globalisation, and uncertainty that continue to resonate today.
